What are we looking for?

 

We are currently seeking commercial real estate professionals for our San Diego office.

 

These are high profile/high reward sales positions.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university.

 

Three years of real estate experience is preferred but we will consider business professionals looking for a career change or recent college graduates.

 

Strong sales/business background, excellent communication skills, motivated, self-disciplined, knowledge of local market, and a commitment to building a long-term career in commercial real estate.  Above all, we want people who enjoy working as part of a team.

 

Responsibilities

 

Meets with clients and accompanies sales personnel and clients to property sites, assisting in the showing of space and the negotiation process.

 

Ideal applicant should have strong proficiency skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Applicant must have a current California Real Estate License or is working towards becoming licensed.

 

Strong and precise verbal and written communication skills.

 

Conducts cold calls for developing new clients.

 

Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions, including listing/commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

 

The ability to work effectively in a high volume, high stress and fast paced environment.

 

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

 

Drafts various correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Prepares and sends marketing materials.

 

Compiles packages of property data for clients that contain material specifically tailored to each client. Prepares tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments. Provides client with status reports on their listings.

 

Updates property and client database with updated information gathered through research.

 

Develops referral network through business functions and lunches.

 

Other duties may be assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

 

Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Coordinates the work to be completed but is not responsible for formal supervision of employees.
