NAI Belux to Serve Belgium and Luxembourg Markets

NAI Global, the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide, announced today it is expanding its coverage in Western Europe with the signing of NAI Belux. Based in Brussels, the firm serves clients with interests in Belgium and Luxembourg.

NAI Belux is a new firm formed by Olivier Daelemans, who brings more than 15 years of experience to his position, including the acquisition of more than 100 properties for a high-end client’s portfolio and working with high-profile regional clients to secure REO portfolios for disposition. He is joined by Edouard Moreels, former Head of Global Corporate Services at CB Richard Ellis in Brussels.

NAI Belux focuses on office, retail, industrial land and investment properties. Its service roster includes tenant representation, corporate services, owner/landlord representation, acquisition/disposition and investment services. With the signing of NAI Belux, NAI Global has reinforced its market coverage in Europe, with more than 50 offices serving clients across the continent.
