| In 1988, he received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the standard of excellence in commercial real estate. Larry served with the 7th Marines in Vietnam. He is a member of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors and the Old Mission Rotary Club. Larry lives in the University City community of San Diego with his wife and two daughters. |

Significant Transactions

Accomplishments include the #1 Company Wide Salesperson and President's Club for Rancon Real Estate and C.W. Clark, Inc.; In 2006, Larry was promoted to Senior Vice President with NAI San Diego.
Awarded the San Diego CCIM's 2000 and 2003 "Transaction of the Year" for the sale and lease of three corporate headquarter/distribution facilities:
- $4.5 Million, 90,000 SF, 9.25 Acre "value added" rail-served, trucking and produce distribution center in Chula Vista,
- $8.5 Million, 135,000 SF, 5.81 Acre newly constructed, multi-tenant distribution center for Trepco West wholesale groceries,
- $9.4 Million, 117,000 SF, 4.61 Acre two building multi-tenant and corporate distribution/showroom facility for Raphael's Party Rentals.
In South County and Otay Mesa, Larry recently has:
1) Managed the consolidation of Spec-Built System's sheet metal fabrication and powder coating facilities with an IRS 1031 exchange of a 25K SF facility for a 71K SF building for a total consideration of $7.25 Million.
2) Sold 18.53 acres for $5 Million to a local developer/contractor for a 'build to suit' of U S Concrete's Western Regional 80K SF manufacturing facility with storage yard.
3) Sold 13.5 acres of rail served land to an investor for a cross dock and trucking facility with a newly negotiated long term lease to an Oregon based wholesale lumber distributor.
4) Negotiated a $1.47 million lease of 7.5 acres for a truck/trailer storage facility for an international trucking company.
5) Sold 2.5 acres for $2.25 Million for construction of a Best Western Hotel.
6) Sold 4.36 Acres for $2.85 Million for the development of a commercial center.
7) Negotiated a long term lease valued at $1.2 million of 40K SF for a foreign trade zone distribution facility.
8) Negotiated a 55k SF lease valued at $1.65 million as a corporate headquarters and distribution facility for wholesale clothing. |
