Kate joined NAI San Diego in April 2006 as an Executive Assistant. Kate recently attained her real estate license to assist brokers in further focusing on the success and growth of the company.
Proficient in NAI’s web based platform REALTrac Online.
Resource to the broker’s for all of their public relations and web marketing requirements.
Responsible for design and updates of promotional materials, client proposals, content development, online listing administration, and direct mail materials.
Creates publications including brochures, flyers, proposals and tenant/owner representation packages.
Responsible for creating and maintaining print advertisements in local and regional newspapers.
Develops floor plans and centralized site maps as well as market research materials, demographic comparisons and market profiles.
Kate is a member of the NAI Global marketing council and public relations committee.
